"it can do just about anything but nothing well". That goes from the outfitting to the rails. The tail is super catchy, My feet were always going numb. I could not ever get it vertical in flatwater (which I will agree had more to do with me than the boat but a diff boat made a MASSIVE change). It did surf reasonably well in holes and would plane out ok. spins were ok. When I had this boat I was just getting into playboating. I got an offer on another boat and couldnt sell my CR fast enough. I sold it with a happy feet and float bags just to get rid of it. Conclusion So in the end. I personally say "pass". About the reviewer This is my first full-on playboat. I have previously owned a LL Cr 250, Pyranha Acro 275, Micro 230, Perception Dancer, Mountain 300 Test environment Paddling various rivers Class 3+ and playboating Review I LOVE this kayak. I actually picked it up for an absloute bargan as it was damaged in a tornado. Until I bought this boat I was never able to actually get vertical in flatwater, the P 62 changed everything! I can now double pump. bowstall (not for long yet) and the possibilities seem endless. The outfitting is top shelf! My feet do not go numb and the thigh braces get me in all the right places. So far I can not think of anything bad to say about this boat. i was not much of a playboater until I got into this kayak. That too has changed. I am now compelled to go bigger and try harder stuff. Conclusion All in all.. I love this kayak... If you are a big boy like me, this is the playboat for you. 250...
