Julie is a yogi and the owner of H2YO, a standup paddleboarding yoga business in Central Florida. She is an earth lover & keeper. In her practice, Julie combines yoga and SUP to provide people with a great workout on the water while enjoying present moment awareness in some of the most beautiful settings Mother Nature has to offer.
Julie has been teaching yoga for 22 years, Sup Yoga for 12 years and she’s been training and certifying other instructors since 2014. Julie co-wrote the curriculum for the American Canoe, Kayak & SUP Association Standup Paddle Yoga course. She has developed SUP products for many companies including: Indo Board, MTI lifejackets, Bic Sup and SIC Maui – where she current serves as brand ambassador. H2YO operates out of Central Florida and Julie hosts SUP training and SUP Yoga retreats all around Florida, the US, and abroad including the Virgin Islands.
