In search of inspiration from a truly epic adventurer, we left our Devon shores traveling up to Scotland to hang out with Polar Explorer, adventurer & author Mollie Hughes To celebrate the launch of her new beautiful book Blue Scotland, we chatted to Mollie about her amazing achievements throughout her life and why Scotland is now her home. Mollie has inspired so many people to get out there and give things a go and to not be afraid to take on their own adventures.
Her book Blue Scotland came about after her trip to the Antarctic skiing solo to reach the Geographic South Pole on the 10th January 2020, lockdown hit thereafter when the outdoors was limited and the only way to get that outdoor buzz, was to write about it.
