Like the 12’6” Explorer, it has a removable fin, a nose runner fin to aid tracking in side winds, and two rear runner fins to cancel out ‘tail drift’ when the board is loaded with gear. MSL fusion composite and airtight coating New for 2016, MSL involves fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core at the raw material stage, removing hand gluing errors. The high-tech industrial process also saves almost 2kg in weight and makes the boards stiffer at lower pressures.

To quote Tosh Arwood, head of the instruction program at NOC: "It's exciting to imagine a crossover that has the heritage of the Karma and Karma UL in it". This will be two boat series, this being the larger, to replace the Rogues, and need to look and be more whitewater oriented than the Rogues but still maintain stability and user friendliness for beginnners. With the Karma (and UL/RG) being universally praised for its predictability and stability, we have a great starting point. A similar hull profile to the Karma, stretched out a bit for a longer, more versatile boat. Maintains look, parting lines, and similar rocker profile to Karma . Feature rich...day hatch with pod, possible short recessed YakAttack rail beside cockpit, etc to set apart from competition and justify higher price. Primarily targeted to the novice to intermediate paddler, this boat will also double as a multi-day trip for advanced paddlers who want a shorter and more nimble boat than the Karma RG.

The Hala Fame Super-Sized Inflatable SUP Board is a big platform (37″ wide!) for your enjoyment on the water – it can take huge amounts of gear or weight, and even though the board is really big, the Hala Fame’s advanced rocker profile helps this big board spin on a dime. It has 15 reinforced D-rings for using this as a gear board on overnight trips or to rig it for fishing. It has two handles at the front so that you can have an extra rider up front.

The Hala Playa is a fast and super fun longboard / gun hybrid which makes it great surfing stand up paddle board.
