Jou! We are going to make a roadtrip to Middle-Europe 20th - 28th October, and are keen on the big waves in France. Do you know any cheap hotels, hostels, pensions etc. in Lyon?

Also, if the la Malate and la Scie waves are on, we`d like to visit also them. Do you know any cheap hotels near them?

And does anyone know something about Bremgarten? Is there still something decent waves to paddle? And does the Thun wave work ever?

If you know any answers to some of those questions, please do answer. After 2 weeks we`ll be driving around France, Schweiz und Österreich looking for something to surf.

You could try the Etap hotel I think the one you want is spelled Calure not sure. Its the closest to hawaii sur rhone that I know. Cheap and nasty. google them you can book online. Hope this helps
