We have more details of the incident and some photos of the Fenn Millennium surfski that was chomped by a Great White Shark in Mossel Bay on 28th June.

Ouch... I paddle in some pretty sharky waters down here. I think I'd prefer to drown than to be taken by a Great White though. :silly: That dude was pretty lucky. B) Think I've seen over 20 twenty sharks (mostly very small) while paddling and over 50 while windsurfing, about three of them larger than 3m. I guess it's just really super bad luck as mostly they either just swim away, or I leave before I need to find out any more.. Scary thought though.
