Dan Theres good glue and thres good glue. Weldwood contact cement works well and 3m M77 is a spray adhesive that works well. In construction I use PL400 and this sticks wood to steel and is incredibly strong. Polyethlene is a little tricky to work with but I'm sure that the pl400 would stick it and it is relatively cheap all you need is a small caulking gun and a tube which would go a long way. I glued some wooden pieces to my Prijon Seayak (polyethyelne) whid Hot melt glue and then clamped it tight over night and five years later thety are still there. These blocks hold my sail to the deck and I sail the boat pretty hard.
Try a sample piece first if you can if if that works go for it. Remember to that you don't have to cover the whole area to be glued many times lots of small spots will work well, just don't use more than you really need in case you change your mind. Greg

Dan if it is a foam saddle, use EvoStick original as this wil hold the saddle in place. Use a two layer glue method, apply one coat to your saddle and one to the hull of your boat let it completly dry. Now add another layer of glue let this go tacky then push the saddle into the boat in the correct position weight it down and leave to set at least 24hours. You can use the same method for foam knee and foot pads have fun.
