Sep 16 Social Instagram Paddle Monster Chattajack 4hrs simulation done. With 10min warm up , 20min cool down. During 4hrs runs stayed in comfortable high L2 , high L4 start for 10min, couple L4 pull and 13min of L4 at finish. 8:45am start! Close to Chattajack race starting time. 19.14miles in for 4hr30min under no current , flat as pancake lake condition. Every stroke is my own power! No BS current during the training °°°. It would be nice to have current but good runs. Larry Cain , here is my report instead posting PM side°°°°° I even collect salt on my shirts Hydration usage 3.4L: 2x450ml soft flask, 1.5 Bladder. Left over @300ml. I think I just chug extra at the end but overall usage was wisely consumed Gel usage: 5Gel: Took one before starting, 4 onboard, used 3. Didn't take 4th hour since was cool down. Post Recovery: 500ml Recovery Shake to be consumed within 30min off the water All nutrition is Sport in Science (SIS). No issues during or post !
