Oct 4 Social Instagram 100km on the water over eight days and we've reached the confluence with the Gilgit. This is the end of the Rondu Gorge and we feel and incredible mix of emotions to be done with this river. Mostly just relief at surviving with no swims. We still have a few extra days in country, but at this point are done kayaking, adrenaline overload I guess. Thanks to all the wonderful, friendly people of northern Pakistan who treated us like family during our stay. November 18, 2008. Thanks also to all who followed along with this 'story' here on IG. What next? Back to regular life updates? Another retrospective adventure?
