Hydroscapes River Gear

Kev England, the founder of Hydroscapes River Gear, began kayaking at the age of 10 and has over 20 years of class 5 river running experience. After noticing deficiencies in all the available PFD’s and gathering experience from Europe, Canada and New Zealand, Kev began testing and developing a new concept in Personal Flotation Device (PFD) design. The Full On Vest was born in Canada in 2003 and the lucky few users of the original vests helped with the redesign for 2005. Attention to detail, innovative safety designs, no compromise choice of materials and features combined with personally hand crafting each and every Full On Vest, allowed Kev to equip most of his local friends and a few discerning paddlers from further afield with the safest available PFD’s on the market.
