Adjustable neoprene cuffs and an internal neoprene spray collar at the nape of the neck make the Simcoe a far better choice as a technical paddling jacket because neoprene does a better job of keeping your sleeves dry. We built the Simcoe roomy enough to pile on a few layers underneath, or to fit over your PFD, for quick dressing as the rain storm approaches. The Simcoe’s long cut and full zipper offer outstanding protection from the elements whether worn in the boat or at the campsite.
