ZET kayaks introduces with pleasure a new pure freestyle competition special, that unites elegance and aggressiveness. The main goal was to make a light boat for freestyle kayaking that would be tough enough for riding on waves and in holes.
Work procedures, that were used for developing the boat, were completely different that what we were used to till now. The most modern technologies, such as computer simulation, five-axial milling cutter and reverse engineering process, that shaped this jewel to perfection, were made by VMK-CZ s.r.o company. Light carbon-aramid construction is made by professionals from COMPACT Otrokovice company. They have cooperated for example with successful rally driver Colin McRay before.

Except the revolutionary shape we can show off a cockpit that is a monolith with the deck. The joint of the deck and the hull is usually Achilles´ heel of all composite boats. Here it is solved with a technology that was taken over the aircraft industry. The unique system is used for the outfitting. Thigh grips are replaced by an integrated system – a self release overthruster. Gravity centre of the boat, i.e. the seat position is dealt individually with every rider regarding his figure and weight. The boat has up to 22 layers of composite, that are sophistically distributed to all the shell, especially to the nose and tail, that are exposed the most.

You can order your Sago in one colour design, in accordance with RAL colour card. As we are used to with composite boats, there is also possibility of individual graphic design on the deck and hull (at extra cost).
