The Stand up paddle board for cruising and proper surfing

We've made a few of this design for happy surfers looking for a SUP that rides more like a Mal than an aircraft carrier.

The main design features of the this board are the single concave to spiral 'V' tail with medium low rails and lightly concave deck to put your feet a bit lower on the board. She carries adequate tail lift to manage those readjustments back onto the face of the wave and with a twitch in the nose rocker to keep you out of trouble when taking a steep drop Alex has shaped the rails to medium thin to be responsive and forgiving as possible. The slight 'V' in the tail, helps to keep you tracking along as you head for that secluded reef or sandbar where you will be scoring as many waves as your body can cope with.

This custom SUP is made with an EPS foam core with 10mm multi ply stringer, clear epoxy glass laminate, has a fin box and side FCS plugs with reinforcement, double leash plugs on the tail and Future hand grip. The colour was partly painted on the foam with the rails painted on top of the laminate and finished with Durapox a tough paint finish which does it's best to cope with paddle bash. One of the best things about buying a board from us is that we know how to fix and refurbish them to high standard if you do happen to take a knock.
