Hull Configuration: Tri-Bi
The concept of equal pressure may be difficult for some youngsters to comprehend. The Tri-Bi™ hull design takes this idea into consideration. Leading as a tri-hull, initially parted water is caught by the outer hulls, minimizing lateral movement. A diminishing center hull at midship (forming a bi-hull) reduces hull surface area and increases efficiency. With greater volume at the outer two sides of the craft, increased stabilization becomes similar to that of a catamaran. This Tri-Bi™ design places the paddler on a user-friendly boat with better chance for immediate success and fun.
