The Breeze is a highly versatile daytripping kayak.
It is designed specifically for North America's millions of birdwatchers, naturalists and outdoor photographers where speed is not the top priority. This small kayak can handle the roughest conditions, yet cruises at an easy touring pace. The Breeze fits a broad size range of paddlers and is extremely user-friendly.
At 13'6" in length, the Breeze is one of the shorter Current Designs kayaks. With its fish form, shallow "V" hull design, this small kayak has tremendous stability. Due to its shorter length and extra width, this is a great surf-zone kayak.
The stern bulkhead and a generously sized stern hatch make storing gear easy. The secured bow buoyancy bag gives the boat proper flotation in the event of a capsize.

Great boat for a great price
About the reviewer
50 Year old male with about three years of recreational kayaking experience and new to a transitional style boatTest environment
Large river, class 1, many large waves due to strong windsReview
My Kayakis a 13'6"rotomolded current design breeze, it weighs 52 lbs. and has no rudder. The breeze is a little unstable during entry but has great secondary stability. It is easy to lean for bracing. It sits low in the water so a skirt is my recommondation. Weathercocks into big winds but easy to overcome even without a rudder. The breeze has a comfortable seat and nicely padded thigh braces. It comes with a float bag in the bow and has a nice size hatch in the sternConclusion
The breeze is a great transitional kayak to learn in and it has a price that won't break the bank.Review
