The Cobra Re-Vision was originally designed as a surf rescue craft and is, in fact the “longboard” version of the Cobra Strike.
The Re-Vision features a large open cockpit and a unique overlap flange allowing for both a drier ride and an improved hold on waves. The rocker design and unique flange combines for excellent waveriding, while the sleek hull design allows for fast, smooth quiet ride on flat water. Pictured with optional backrest and hatches.

surfing the revision
About myself
Been surfing for 20 years, i just purchased the "cobra revision" and I have easily doubled my quality "surfing" time.
About the test environment
This kayak is awesome in small (2-4ft) ocean surf. Imagine one of those absolutely perfect 1-2ft swells, just too weak for a 9 or 10 ft long board, that's when it's time to bust out the "Revision". This boat also does excellent on flat water, and it handles the side ways wind chop with ease.
Review
This is the first kayak I purchased, and I'm 100% satisfied with the quality & hull design of the revision.
Conclusion
Bottom line is 2 thumbs up for the cobra revision, small surf or flat watter, the hybrid design truly works well in the surf or just flat water paddling.
