Finally.

A kayak that combines the downriver performance, volume, and speed you want with a wicked playful hull, an easy chair of a cockpit, and the best outfitting system the world has ever known. This combination of proven design features means you get comfort, a loose hull, predictability in hero-sized rapids, and hull speed to get you where you want (need?) to be. We'll even throw in a D-Bone™ subframe for stiffness and safety, and the Performance Fit System™ with Precision adjustable thigh braces, a Flipswitch™ backband and our six-way adjustable AirCore™ seat and hip pads There! A boat that all your friends will be begging to borrow. Our suggestion: Don't let them. Really. We won't think you're a jerk. Remember what happened when you loaned out your lawnmower.

Hype 2006:
Fresh squeezed daily. And fresher than ever. Combine downriver performance, volume and speed with a playful hull, a comfy cockpit and the best outfitting system ever to grace a kayak and you’ve got Juice. Let me know when the shivers down your spine are gone. Now? Good. And we didn’t even mention the comfort, predictability, or the loose hull. The outfitting system is none other than our Performance Fit System™. We’re talkin’ about Precision adjustable thigh braces plus all that new gear for ’04: the Flipswitch™ backband, those sexy six-way adjustable AirCore™ hip pads and a rebound seat pad that you can’t get off your mind and don’t forget about the D Bone™ Subframe which makes for a strong hull. This is the one boat that does it all. If you’re looking to turn in that RPM or GT for something a bit more playful, then you just struck gold.

I had a Juice 7.1 for a year or so. The Dagger outfitting is good and easy to set up. A fully adjustable seat and foot rest make it easy to personalise for that extra comfy fit.
I like my Juice a lot. On the Ocean wave it was an excellent and responsive surf boat with good rails for carving it up.

On my first runs down the river in the Juice I didn't bother to set the outfitting up properly (too keen to get on the water). Consequently I capsized a couple of times but no swims it's a nice boat to roll. No as effortless as a Jackson Fun (the boat I paddle now) but still easy.

I took mine onto grade 4 and got pinned. It was my fault entirely but the Juice centre pillar held well and gave me a good step to get myself out of trouble. All in all the Juice is a great boat that does it all fairly well. It would suit beginner or advanced paddler although it does have its limits and would struggle to pull off the latest playboat moves. The large amount of rocker make it a cracking surf boat. I found it impossible to pearl even whenh really messing about dropping in off the lip.

I sold mine as it had a repair I was not happy about ( a previous owner did it) and as I rushed into buying it it was never the right size I should have got a 6.9.
I'd recommend the Juice to just about anyone.

About Me
Been a paddler for 28 years. I regularly run grade 4 and take most of my boats in the surf too, as I live by a beach.
I'd class myself as an intermediate as I don't really push the boundaries and don't get out as much as I'd like.
I take on a lot of novices and do some informal river leading, rolling instruction and take beginners to the local white water course.
75Kg. 5ft 8" (172cm). 40 years old.
Pros / The Good
Good all round design. Lots of rocker. If you're after a one stop shop boat that can do it all then the Juice is a contender. They are easy to pick up second hand.
Cons / The Bad
Struggle to put anything here really. It does what it sets out to do!

I've been paddling this boat for years and have been taking it to the Wairoa river here in NZ since I got it.
By far my favourite boat to paddle, fast enough to take on some hard runs with enough rocker to get through some of the tough stuff.
Easy to throw down on even the smallest of play spots, even seen some of the biggest loops done in this boat by a 78kg mate on the Kaituna play hole.
Totaly recommend this boat as a beginer an advanced boat.
Big guy will like the play and speed combo
Smaller will like the speed and security of an easy river play boat.

ould happily take this down plenty of ClassIV stuff

Great first time boat

This is my first boat

It's a great boat for anyone just starting out in Kayaking and wants to try a bit of everything. It's a great surf boat, fast and smooth.

I have paddled it on long stretches of flat water and it is easy to paddle.

It's very easy to roll, but stable when it needs to be.

The only down side is that I have size 10 (uk) feet and find it at times hard to get your feet in and out of.

Apart from that I have not got a bad word to say, it's a good all rounder for a beginner and and doesn't cost a fortune. So it gets 4/5 from me...
