However, there is a project that is supported by United Nations to train these ex-guerilla fighters as commercial raft guides. These armed fighters have put down their weapons, and need to reintegrate themselves into society as civilians, with a new way of making their living. So, the idea is to train them as raft guides, with these fighters trading guns for paddles.
