Oct 4 Social Instagram Sometime around 2013 I had no idea how to SUP then we took lessons and our world was opened and changed. Back then I had not a clue about people like Dave Boehne, or Slater Trout or Kai Lenny or Candace and Annabel. Nor did I have a clue about all the different brands that populated this sport. All of a sudden I found myself at BOP and was in awe at the spectacle of the competitive side of SUP, I was able to shoot from the sidelines and was hooked on it. Then I find myself shooting for Boardworks and two of the first pros I ever got to meet was Dave Boehne and Slater Trout and learned of a brand called infinity. I was so nervous shooting that 1st morning but was really impressed by how down to earth Dave and Slater were. Over the years I can’t say I have formed close personal relationships with them but the Team of Infinity has definitely been the one I’ve grown closest to. Always willing to say hi to me and even just remembering who I am and asking how things are going in my life. I was stoked to be able to get one last shot with them after this years PPG. Thank you guys for being so down to earth, approachable, relatable, good sports in victory and defeat. You’re all amazing ambassadors to this sport and will be greatly missed by me.
