Stand-up paddleboarding is for everybody, not just the grown-ups, which is why we make the 9’4” Snapper, a SUP for kids up to 60kg/132lb. It’s shorter and narrower than, say, the Ride family, which makes it easier for young riders to manoeuvre, whether on a river or catching the swell off a sandbar. In other words, it offers the authentic Red Paddle Co experience, just packaged for the next generation of paddlers MSL fusion composite and airtight coating New for 2016, MSL involves fusing a second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the dropstitch core at the raw material stage, removing hand gluing errors. The high-tech industrial process also saves almost 2kg in weight and makes the boards stiffer at lower pressures.

BOGA uses 6” Linear Drop Stitch core material for extreme stiffness in addition to a high tensile uni-directional center stringer. This construction makes the BOGA Air sturdy, stiff and responsive – more like a standard epoxy board.

This custom molded shape has 3 multi-layered (molded-in) laminated wood stringers coated with waterproof resin. It has a heat laminated high density durable IXPE/XPE deck with graphic and polythylene slick bottom. Equipped with our V-Hull nose, this board has a molded-in nylon fin box and molded-in nylon leash plug, nose and tail bungee and a camera mount. It comes with a fiberglass-nylon combo 9″ fin, surf leash (precision molded fittings/double swivel/rail save) and neoprene padded ankle strap, and a molded nylon SUP handle with finger grooves.
