The 11'6" Horizon, shaped by Surftech founder Randy French, was created when Jamie Mitchell asked for a versatile all around board that would be able to do a little of everything. Straighter rail line through the middle of the board enhances stability and tracking. The pulled in tail allows you to turn surprisingly easily for a large board. Needless to say, she realized stand up paddling was the perfect low impact sport that got her out of a gym while still providing a great workout. Marisa worked with Randy French on her own attractive stand up paddle board line. These boards are great for women because SUPs can be heavy and difficult to carry.
