advice on wwb purchase 19 years 3 months ago #1788

Hi all,
I've been bumming boats off people for way too long, and it's time to buy my own - I now need some advice as to what to buy.
These are my specs
1. I live in Australia
2. 5 ft 1 (2, if I stand on my toes), <55kgs, female
3. paddle solid grade 3, and non scary grade 4s
4. suck seriously at playboating, but suspect that I'm yet to hop in a boat that's small enough for me
5. mainly a creeker/river runner
6. want a flat hull (I think that's what it's called) - nothing with a rounded bottom (eg a micro 230)
I was thinking about a phat, mac (if I can afford 1), method air, or maybe a java (but I've heard some bad stuff about that one). Trying boats isn't really an option as there aren't really many boats around for about 500ks, and no water within a 500k radius either at the moment, so I'll be buying on specs and piccies, so any ideas or suggestions would be gratefully received.
