Enhancing the best features of our old Mr.
Clean,™ the Ultra Clean™ delves deep into a more evolved bag of tricks. It features a key sharp transition from a flat to a rocker hull. Its release chines are space-age efficient. And it has a smooth rump-hump-to-deck transition. These combine for a looser hull, slicier ends and a balanced volume distribution. This is pure indulgence for wave hogs and hot dogs. Plus, it leaves a streakless shine on glassy waves.

The Perception Ultraclean was my first kayak. I got it 2nd hand I did not know anything about kayaking at the time. My boat was oilcanned so bad I thought it was the boats design. This is not a user friendly kayak...any movement from center will the initiate slicy stern or bow and flip the novice kayak upside-down. I spent my first season swimming more than boating.
If I was a seasoned kayaker my experience may have been different. Some of the more seasoned kayakers in my group at the time said the Mr.Clean was a better boat if you fit the specs. (Mr.Cleans don't oilcan as much or so I'm told).
