Designed for harsh river conditions, the Traveller is an advanced white water kayak that paddles much like a rigid boat. It rewards skilled paddlers with amazing responsiveness.

The Traveller incorporates an inflatable deck with a semi-rigid rigid cockpit coaming that takes a sprayskirt. The deck provides additional rigidity, dryness and warmth for the trekker who wishes to paddle in harsher conditions. The 30-lb. Traveller packs compactly in its included drybag/backpack for convenient travel and storage.

The Traveller was designed for big white water rivers, not to be paddled as a raft-style “Ducky,” but as a truly agile kayak, fully capable of Eskimo rolls. A Traveller has gone down the famous white water of the Zambezi river.

With a spray skirt installed the Traveller is dry on the interior. But unlike open self-bailing designs that get sluggish when draining water, this kayak keeps stays light and maneuverable in heavy waves. Some people have fitted tracking skeg kits to their Travellers, which makes the kayaks suitable for light touring and surfing. Hand-crafted with a heavy duty rubber coated 1,200-denier Nitrylon™, the Traveller will deliver years of durable performance fun for the intrepid trekker.
