TOSHI NAGAOKE - HOW IS SURFKAYAK IN JAPAN?

He is the most experienced surfkayaker in Japan and a certified paddling instrutor by ACA(American Canoe Association). Toshi already had participated in Santa Cruz 2004 and world championship in Costa Rica 2005.
