AI seems to parrot what I hear around the shops.

I am watching Berryessa closely.  that is my closest lake!!  and I just started figuring out the LMB end of last year.

Lake Nacimiento: Visitors must clean, drain, and dry their vessels before launching
Lake San Antonio: Visitors must clean, drain, and dry their vessels before launching
Lake Berryessa: Has a decontamination system and a period of quarantine
New Melones: Has a 30-day quarantine
Camanche: Has been closed to all launching
Woodward: Has been closed to all launching
Lake Hennesy: Has been temporarily closed to launching for 30 days
Lake Don Pedro: Is monitoring the situation and may temporarily close

Hennessey has been closed since November.
Berryessa "claims" non motorized craft are not required to adhere to the inspection process...

The safest thing to do is call them when planning a trip. Things can change without notice. Hopefully this summer they will work out a system that allows the green tag issued at a lake to be accepted at other lakes.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan
