I'm 9 months out from shoulder surgery after long head biceps tendon rupture, labrum, and rotator cuff repair. This edit features my first surfs, stern squirts and class 3 river runs in about a year and a half. I'm easing back very slowly and paying more attention than ever to my form and technique.
