My gopro was mounted on the back of my kayak while i playing at our local whitewater park. As you can tell, the back band, OCCIGRIP, failed and allowed the helmet to become loose and expose my forehead and crown of my noggin. It was so loose, that the chin strap was trying to strangle me. Currently at the time of this upload, Sweet Protection is not planning to send a notice out or to start a recall.
