- Re:finally here it is!!! » Try getting a few forward strokes in first to get momentum, lead with the head, instead of skulling think of using forward and backwards strokes a big forward stroke to lift your knee, then rotate your head with the back stroke. Turning your head helps with body rotation and will get you cartwheelin...
