In SUPPAUL Episode, I take up skate boarding again. As a kid I skated. As I age, the thought of falling on pavement isn't thrilling, but carving in bowls and exploring skate parks is. So, to get over fear I simply have to drop in. Here are some scenes of me confronting fear and building muscle memory.
Parks are a place for self expression and creativity, athletics and fitness. They are also a great place to meet interesting people. In this episode we go to Bingen Skate Park and meet Carl; to the Milton, Washington skate park and meet Matthew Clausen; and Darrington , Washington to listen to the banjo skater, Kyle Wood.
Paul Clark is SUPPAUL chasing adventure from the perspective of a paddle board.
