If there is decent water and you don't scout much (no real need to scout almost everything here) then doing it in a day is possible. There are photos on... (Africa)

• Re: Do you use paddle grip » I tried wax for about a year. Grips well but when you do 20 to 30km in a day it eats the skin away, not ideal for day two of a trip :) Also, the wax messes up the interior of your car, and has a habit of getting everywhere. Keep us updated, would be good to see what you come up with!...
