Got the map thanks. Decided to cycle to Stafford on the old rail line on Tues finished up in A&E after a head on collision with another cyclist luckily nothing broken just severe bruising on my back and shoulder and plenty of pain.Silly cow coming towards me on her phone and her young daughter behind her decided to pull alongside her CRASH!!

I recently had a 3year old paddling in an open canoe with it's mum, fitted him with a 100N lifejacket that is designed for infants, so swimming not an issue. :unsure:...
