Having a Blast on M-Wave With the KelloggShow

Jackson Kayak (5 hrs. ago) - We finally went to the wild and crazy M-Wave in Montrose, Colorado. I say finally because we live in Colorado and M-Wave is a BIG deal in Colorado. A big deal, mostly because there are so many rumors floating around about it, but I’ll get into those later.  read more...

Kayak Fishing Chronicles unhindered by the dramas

Jackson Kayak (16 hrs. ago) - I finally got a chance to hang and fish with Drew Ross, fellow Jackson team member, and fly fishing guru, also known as Looknfishy. After a late night of work Saturday, I had some fun family time, packed up the kayak and gear, and headed out to meet Drew, with the plan of stopping at a local store for some brews. In the business front, our newest kayak, the Antix, was launched and much of our kayaking time was spent paddling that boat. I paddled it here at Rock Island and surrounding rivers mostly...  read more...

One Bait for a Limit of Reds

Jackson Kayak (Dec 9) - It was the first trip since fishing with the JK Media House crew. I was meeting up with a couple of friends from one of my local clubs. We were launching at a familiar area, Pointe Aux Chenes (where I’d fished a week earlier), but launching at a different location.  read more...

To the Rutland water for fishing Zander

Jackson Kayak (Dec 9) - I hadn’t been on the water for a couple of months over the summer, but with our newest edition to the family settled in nicely, fishing was back on the menu! I decided a road trip was in order, and Zander was the target species. I headed south, to Rutland water in the midlands of the uk.  read more...
