Require Paddlers that report dangerous aircrafts that fly close to river surfaces

Whitewater (Aug 9) - Since there are aircrafts flying really close to river surfaces against rules endangering safety of those on river, American Whitewater is looking for paddlers who would report aircrafts flying so low dangerously.
