Palm Blogs Freestyle competition time at Argentina
Palm Blogs - Me and Tomasz Czaplicki came to San Juan two weeks before competition. On the place we was very warm welcomed by local people. Maurico Caif (president of Kayak Club San Juan) and his friend showed us important and interesting places in their city. Firstly after flight of course we went to see the wave. It is on the outskirts of the city. Around the playspot are wonderful mountains and big dam. Definitely I added San Juan wave to my personal the most beautyfull playspots.

Palm Blogs - Thanks to Jacko and all the other organisers and volunteers for putting on another amazing event. This year's Classic included a rolling championship, free massages and top quality catering, alongside the Classic freestyle competition, Boater X, Hurley Horn, and lots lots more.
Jackson Kayak 3 weeks in Nepal , all ready for river fun with white water kayaking
Jackson Kayak - It takes most of the permits to access the Temp boardings, some river are very isolated and shuttles are costly in money as Temp ... That's why we decided to facilitate the logistics, ask the base camp in the Pokhara city, where the river concentration is the highest. Temp recover boats on site, and we are ready to do battle: a few warm-up laps on the Upper Seti, a multiday expedition on Kali Ghandaki an express descent of Modi Khola (River that s' flows from the sanctuary of the Anapurna)...

Adventure Kayak One Woman’s Quest To Set A New World Record In Kayaking
Adventure Kayak - As her life becomes filled with the logistics of an ambitious kayaking expedition, Traci Lynn Martin stays inspired by thinking about her mother. In 2016 Martin’s mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Martin took time away from work to care for her, and it was during this time she began putting together a bucket list of things she wanted to accomplish, one of which was paddling all five great lakes. On March 13, 2017, she will attempt a new Guinness World Record in kayaking.
NRS Duct Tape Diaries Six women’s paddling adventure down the Spatsizi River
NRS Duct Tape Diaries - We were several days into an all-women’s paddling trip down the Spatsizi River, soon to merge with the much broader Upper Stikine. And we were, most of us, completely bare, arrayed around the fire ring sipping beer and scribbling in journals. When I peered over my book at the others, I was struck by their ease in their own skin, despite vulnerability to the elements, and to each other. Their attention was turned inward, their eyes rising occasionally to survey the spread of forest and craggy mountains rising beyond.
Trash Paddler A Barren Concord River
Trash Paddler - The recent spell of great weather was fast coming to an end on Sunday morning.  Forecasters were predicting a brief lull between early morning showers and a warning for high wind gusts which would take effect at 11 am.  This allowed me just enough time to enjoy a quick paddle down the Concord River to Buttrick's Hill and back. The Old North Bridge (above photo) had a decidedly barren and wintry look.
Jackson Kayak EJ’s History of Jackson Kayak’s Whitewater Boats- Part 1 of 4
Jackson Kayak - EJ began to design two white water boats with David Knight, one for his kid Dane another for himself as he had his sights set on the “Pre-World Championships” that winter in Australia. The kids boat was to be names “Fun 1” and the adult playboat 2004 All-Star. Then he decided to start his own kayak company, he incorporated it and then the story starts on Kayak Jackson’s history of white water boat making. Read on…
Trash Paddler Assabet Brake Test
Trash Paddler - A morning launch from Cox Street in Hudson found the Assabet River flowing at a good clip thanks to recent rainfall.  Skies were trying to clear but the clouds were reluctant to leave.
Steve Brooks A Summer in Austria - Part 2
Steve Brooks - It has been an extremely busy time with all sorts of courses running and of course in the height of the Austrian summer the Alps are just stunning.
Canoe Kayak Ed Pierson and Wake Up Maggie
Canoe Kayak - Like in the Rod Stewart song, Ed Pierson, 63, an attorney-at-law in Seattle, Washington, wakes up Maggie to go paddling. Maggie, an 8-year old mutt, is cat-sized at 11-pounds 6-ounces, so she’s not built for high seas.
Paddle Making Cockburn'S Mi'Kmaq Encampment at Point Levis
Paddle Making - Here's another illustration of a Mi'kmaq paddle from a painting by James Pattison Cockburn. Mi'kmaq encampment at Point Levis, Quebec  dates to around 1840.
Daniel Patrinellis The Big Quilcene River - 2016
Daniel Patrinellis - I hadn't been into the Big Quilcene in a couple of years and with the unseasonably warm and wet Fall we have had so far; a warm, pogie-less trip down The Big Q seemed like a great idea. I ran into Sam, Richard and Chris on Saturday up on the Stillaguamish river and after a couple of beers and retelling of tales of carnage, I had these guys hooked on an OP mission.
Northwest Rafting Company Exploring Bhutan by Kayak
Northwest Rafting Company - Kuzu zambo la from the Punakha Valley in Bhutan. After 9 days of sightseeing, rafting, adventurous hikes, and drives, and of course some shopping, Zach and I said our good byes to our wonderful group of guests at the Paro Airport.
Alpin Action Team Werner Odachi first impressions
Alpin Action Team - After having used my Sho-gun for many years, I was curious to try the new born from Werner specific for white water, the Odachi. I will try to give you my first impression paddling the Odachi without going too much into material details
