ACA - We are very happy to announce that our Green Paddle for Waterway Conservation goes to Friends of the Pecatonica River Foundation! This award is given annually to an individual or organization that has made an outstanding contribution to paddlesports by protecting America's waterways. FPRF was founded in 2009 to improve the quality of the Pecatonica River in Illinois and to acquire and develop access points for paddlers and conduct paddling instruction and events.

World Paddle Association - Mo Freitas and Candice Appleby were crowned the 2016 Salt Life Cup Champions at the Pacific Paddle Games.  Salt Life Apparel, in association with the World Paddle Association’s season long National Race Series and the Salt Life Cup came to a close in dramatic fashion in the Pro Elite Technical race with several top paddlers in the running to take home the $3,000.00 first place check.
