    Just on the off-chance anyone might be interested;

    I was fishing on the pier on Monday and spotted this out of the corner of my eye. Apparently, unbelievably rare to see one of these down here at any time, never mind the end of the summer.

    I tried repeatedly to photograph it but couldn't catch it, as it was almost impossible to predict where it would surface next, so resorted to try and catch it on video instead. It's a crxp bit of film but if you freeze it at 22 seconds you can at least see that its a Beluga and not an empty dump bag or white tarp:rolleyes:

        That is fantastic, but it does bear a resemblance to the average Newcastle United fan with his shirt off. Are you sure you weren't mistaken?

          Seen all sorts off the beaches round there but never anything like that. Good stuff Steve
