going to be in SC this weekend and my fishing partner wants to get another boat. Looking for center console alum in the 20-22' range with outboard, under $6000 or so. So, if anyone sees one for sale or has one let me know.

In that price range, the boats will be a little older. Be sure to check the transom for pitting and thin spots in the aluminum. Also check where transom connects to the sides. Ideally an older aluminum boat would come from a freshwater area; like Fresno :smt003

That's a good looking boat Art!
Any specific reason you want aluminum Mike?
This Sea Squirt seems like a good deal considering the motor: http://monterey.craigslist.org/boa/5103245160.html

I have, basically, that same motor shown on that 20' alum boat & I can tell you that it is easy to work on BUT it will burn thru the gas!  I'm running it (or very similar model; Johnson V4 85hp) on a 16' boat with a 6-gallon tank.  I would estimate I was getting about 1-1.5 miles per gallon out of it.
