Cook'ster.. I had some extra pics of your board.  Sorry I am late with these, but thought people would like to see the shape you dance so well on.

some jp team rider was on the beach as i climbed out yesterday--he had a shape much like this with him--seems this shape is shaping up to NOT just be a flash in the pan.

I know mine's here to stay for a while. hadn't ridden it for a few swells while I demo-ed the Uli Mini Quad. Was more than a little anxious to finally get back on it (although I will miss the ease of the Mini). Rode the Vee with much success on 8/6.  Top shot is my Assassin though. 8)

Waves were nice today. V-Box was feelin' snappy. Funny some of the comments my buddies are tossing regarding my new board! That first shot reminds me of a Laird foil board the way it's planing.

Rick- How do like that new board?

Me- Tough to stand on waiting for sets, joy to ride once you get in.

John- See I would think once you reach that threshold where you have trouble standing pat, due to the small board , it would make sense to just ride a regular board to sit between sets. Like the law of diminishing returns man. What would be next? A thruster with a little paddle? Not talking trash at all... Just thinking along the lines of conditions=board=ability=most fun.

Scott- when I saw you yesterday all I could think was 'man he is gonna need a hip replacement wobbling like that'...looked real uncomfortable trying to balance on that coffee table!

John- I was honestly about to ask if it bothered his hips. That's the soreness on any sup but I can imagine it's rough once you're in regular board range.

Me- The effort is worth the reward.

Scott- No doubt! But is it uncomfortable? Seems so!

Me- After a while once my legs start to tire. But I feel quite accomplished after a good day on the Vee!

Took me a while to find this thread! A buddy did a really cool sketch of me riding it. Waves were nice on 11/11/15 here in NJ and I finally broke out The Vee for a sesh. Had been a while since it got wet.

lol...in my shed. I dislocated my ring finger on 9/28 and it's been a real "Pain In The Fing" ever since. The glove really helped to protect it during sessions.

Coupla dudes had used the "MJ' comparison in the lineup...Luckily I never hit it again after that first hit that wrecked it...finger's getting stronger every day.

Was skeptical about /standing on this thing w/full rubber. Not so much when riding! Thing rides fine for me. My motr rubber felt fine- 4/3 hooded full, 5 mil boots, 3 mil five fing glovies. Nice swell(s) we've had here in NJ recently.

Shacked!
Pigs in a blanket.
Pescado Burrito.
Great shots.  Mid page up there's a tube that I'd be using for everything ...if I was the guy in the tube.
