lake raven or gibbons creek

If the weather continues to suck this weekend on the coast, I plan on freshwater fishing on Sunday. Anyone have an opinion on lake raven or gibbons creek? Definitely don't want to go to Conroe on Memorial day weekend.

I've fished both and think they're both great lakes. I've had better luck at Raven. Being a holiday weekend, I'm sure the park at Raven is going to be full.

Either one would be a good choice. Good Luck.
