Weather and water were beautiful and the vis was like 20' except it got murky after 35 FOW.  Good to see Ken Jan and friends out there getting with it.  My lings were 25" +.  The 14" china cod has got to be the best tasting fish there is.  Gutted and scaled and microwaved for 10 minutes covered with seran wrap.  1/4" of soy, oil and water on the bottom.  Some brown rice.

WTG Dave!
I need to try mircowaving some fish. I had a captain buddy of mine that said that he made fish tacos out of mircowaved rockfish fillets. He swore they were really good too.

Wife n I are looking to pull the trigger on our first travel trailer.  Couple I've been seeing have microwaves built in; and, we won a little mini rice cooker at a raffle recently. Thinking you got me on track for one of our first dinners in it!

WTG getting out there. Nice stringer.  Never microwaved fish, sounds like something to try.  Bummed to have missed you guys. Buddy had family emergency and asked me to retrieve his crab pots, poor me   :smt044.
