SO I know this is a yak fishing site but I just have to share my good news with all of my friends.... it looks like I am finally going to buy my first home. I am so excited but nerves at the same time. Escrow will close on 24 March. the last hurtle I have to pass is the section 1(pest). the pest will be done Wednesday and the report should be in by Friday, I don't see any big problems... I am sooo stoked.
