From burnt orange sunsets to frosty mountains reflected in tranquil waters, these magical images capture the true beauty of Norway through the eyes of a kayaker.
The stunning photos might look like they were taken on the latest digital SLR, but they were actually captured on a GoPro.
The shots were captured by adventurer Tomasz Furmanek, who spends his spare time away from the Institute of Marine Research gliding atop the waters in some Norway's most idyllic beauty spots.
For 10 years, Tomasz, a software developer, has visited many of the fjords in western Norway, inland lakes and the areas around Lofoten Islands in northern Norway.
And for the past two years, he has been documenting his trips and uploading what he calls an 'adventure blog' to his 10,000 followers on Instagram.
"I do not upload private pictures, " said Tomasz, "the Instagram feed is more an adventure blog than a personal profile.
"The people that follow my account are mainly interested in kayaking, although I have some followers that do not do kayaking," he added.
On his winding travels the avid photographer has captured everything from lush green hills to icy landscapes and breathtaking sunsets.
And he shot them all on a helmet-mounted GOPRO3+ camera.
Despite the beauty of his shot Tomasz is surprised by his popularity and says the main reason he spends so much time out on the water is because he finds Kayaking relaxing.
"I kayak mainly because it is an easy way to get mental balance," he said.
"You get close to nature in a kayak and can experience things that is not possible while hiking."
