Sue at the campground mentioned that the field next to the store just south of the campground will be available for parking.

Well that's great! Looks like we'll have plenty of parking, even for next year.

I want to bring my 4x8 utility trailer with my kayak and firewood for the beach fire. We had to get a camp site down the road so I am wondering if there is a way I can leave the trailer at AB campground. If not that maybe someone has some room where I can leave my kayak so I don't have to trailer in each day.

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.  ~John Buchan

Ken, I'll have a bunch of stuff at my site but no one else steps up, I'll find a spot for your boat at my site.

My site is full for family, friends, transient people, dogs and vehicles, but I will make room for your yak/gear. Site #57 coming in Thurs night.

Thanks for the offers. It will help that I won't have to pack up the kayak and take it back to the other campground. I'll check to see if the extra parking area will have room for the trailer. Do we need a place to store the firewood? The trailer might work as a moveable storage that can be towed close to the fire location when it is time.

I would leave the wood in the trailer and we can bring it down and unload it on the beach before the bonfire.

I was thinking if others are donating firewood we might be able to throw it in the trailer to keep it out of the way and make it easier to transport it to the beach when it is time. It will be around somewhere if you need it.
