Just a heads up guys fished 9/27 and 9/28 from Powderhorn to Port O to AP and the tide is up. Talking about 1-2' higher than normal. Found reds in spots were birds had nests a few months earlier. For the most part the fish on the flats have been scattered. So plan accordingly. Had some good blow ups on tops, but soft plastics were the ticket. Good luck to yall LSKS guys this weekend.

Makes for some tough fishing. Some times when it's that high, i'll pull back and fish the main bay reefs.

They've been waaaaay back in the skinny stuff where even kayaks can't go without dragging some. I mean super skinny and as far back in the marsh as you can get.
