Here is the 3RD and final draft for food and manpower. If you plan on staying until Sunday, please help clean up. We want to leave Mr. Kelsey's place cleaner than it was when we arrived. If I left something off, please let me know. If you want to take on lunch for Friday or Sunday let me know. If you want to add to Dinner for Friday or Saturday, please do. I appreciate the volunteers and the food so far. We have a good start but we will button this up by Wednesday. Breakfast will be light as we want to be otw for the am bite.

I will bring something like potatoes or the like to go with tri tip.

Salad would be good to go with that. Volunteers for that?

Possible participants with warriors and family, 30 to 40,

Had some last minute house/family issues and have to spend time fixing stuff before I leave and will not be able to stop off and shop for food. If HOW doesn't have funds for reimbursement on some of the food costs I can pitch in funds when I get there for anyone willing to grab extra stuff while they are shopping.

Still willing to help prepare any meals that are needed.

We will take care of lunch on saturday!!!! Drinks will not be provided.... It is going to be in the Mid 90's most of the weekend... Need to let folks Know they NEED DRINKS FOR HYDRATION Pulled pork, beans, rice and all the fixings including NACHOS!!!!! (bring out your HOT sauces!!!!)

We will be in Early thurs morning to set up... Gonna need shade... Bring whatever you can to get out of the sun... What an awesome time/weather window! Going to be fish caught!!!

she took a nasty spill and hit her head pretty good. She'll be OK, but Kelsey would be a rough go for her this weekend,,, don't worry about it Big J…

I don't see me listed for KP duty. I plan to help in the kitchen duty department as much as possible.

Let me know what I can bring too. Maybe a sign-up sheet for stuff like paper plates, plastic ware, napkins, cups, water bottles, large plastic trash bags, garbage cans, serving utensils, etc. Also any food you would like to have a sign-up sheet for; chips, dip, condiments, hotdogs, buns, burgers, etc.

You tell what you need, we will bring it.

JustRoberts and I are bringing costco brats, man dogs, buns and salad stuff for pot luck meals.
We will be there saturday before noon.
