i Clam video option Samsung and iPhone users

Post by TroutSupport.com »

Just left fry's ... I had a micro sd die on me...had to replace.

I noticed the iClam. Its an 'go pro' esque waterproof housing for turning a Galaxy or iPhone into a go Pro. Solves one of my annoying issues with the go pro which is the fact that it turns my 30 inch trout into guppies via the fish eye lens. It's waterproof to 10m... which is about 9.9 meters further than I want my phone to go...LOL.. as long as it keeps it dry i'd be down with that.

well, I thought it was worth sharing. I'll look into it further. At first glance the Galaxy video cam on my S3 actually has more control options than the go pro. I'll see if I can compare... but I'm in ho hurry... anyone look at this and compare Galaxy or iPhones to GoPro for video quality speak up and share. I'll also be looking at battery record times and how to extend that. I currently shoot my go pro's rolling continuously with back packs and extra batts... each batt last about a little over 3... 6 hours with a back pack generally.
