Hey guys. Hows it going? I bought a WR250F a few months ago. Just wondering if anyone wanted to meet up and go ride some trails. Im still new and learning. I live in rohnert park. Was thinking Penny Pines or cow mountain. Im open to any other places and will split gas. Just let me know!

If you were closer, or if you had a plate. Lots of great dual sport riding in nocal.  Mendo national forest might be a good place to meet up once it cools down.

I'm in the proverbial, same boat.  Picked up a used wr250 a couple months ago too.  Makin steady progress, been riding mostly at my friends ranch/woods and the metcalf moto park.  Finally heading to hollister this weekend.

I think we need a Ncka ride n chill weekend!

Woods riding is fun, but a fist full of throttle in sand is a blast!

Hell ya, I'll be lookin out for the ride n chill. One of the few other things that brings me as much joy as taking the yak out. I currently ride an 04 crf230f, with some slight engine mods.... So I can keep up with the higher end bikes. Been riding for 12 years.  I've always wanted to hit cow mountain.

I spent many nights at Cow Mountain on an XR600 and I loved it. Nice place to ride and site-in a long gun if that is your flavor :)
Careful about the weekends though. It can get crazy but I haven't heard any bad reports lately. BLM has a great website for CM and the OHV parking area has trail cams so you can get an idea of population before you go. If you get the chance, definitely come up north and check out the dunes. Good times in my Jeep :)
Happy Hunting!

Cheers!!
