SunnyD'Light 4.0 Off Road Edition
Seems I have a quest to shine bright at night. Found a waterproof LED light that is used for 4x4 Off Road with 1200 lumens 27w. 10-30v.
Since the light was heavy for my previous 360 light and camera mount; I decided to upgrade and get me something that would take two of these lights.
Genssi 4x4 Off Road LED $25 each with shipping n handling.
The PVC, cables, terminal connectors, and two switches to turn off/on independently Genssi's and Sunny'D 360 cost will vary depending on your design.
Anyways, now I have almost 3k lumens when cruising on the water at night.
2 Genssi's =2,400 lumens
Sunny'D = 510 lumens

Nice all round set up. Good job.

Very nice setup! What is the run time for the 2 4x4 lights on your feeder battery? Do you carry a backup?

I can probably run them 4-5 hrs, but have not done a good test yet. Two Fridays ago I charged the battery to 13.20 and went fishing from 8pm to 4am. Used the light quite a bit. That morning the battery read 11.57 after all that use. Will do a test soon to check.Dux20 wrote:Very nice setup! What is the run time for the 2 4x4 lights on your feeder battery? I carry another deer feed battery in the kayak for my cockpit lights. I could use that as a backup, but it's not that accessible unless I go to shore to open the back hatch on the pro angler.
Thus far it last all night for my trips of 6-7 hrs. I only turn on when needed, so they aren't always on all night.
