New personal best
Okay, so we all strive for the 10 pounder, aka Double Digit. Well, today was almost my day. Fished Lady Bird in Austin, very slow bite. Threw a plum-apple BBH into a tree stump and felt it stop. It moved when I set the hook. Long story short, 27.25". 9#11ounces. Would have made well over 10# had it not spawned. Pics later I hope.
